Moong dal ki Kachori

Moong Dal Ki Kachori is a delicious tea time snack made by stuffing yellow moong dal (split moong gram) that is also made for the festive season. This Kachori is served with yogurt,  Chutney, and chopped onion. It is deep-fried patiently on a slow flame to achieve that deliciously crisp crust and hollow, well-cooked interior. The Moong Dal Kachori can be kept fresh and stored in an air-tight container for 2 to 3 days.
