Phool Gobi ki Sabji
Phool gobi is a delicious combination of two favorite vegetables, Aloo (potato) and Gobi (cauliflower)cooked together with tomatoes, ginger and delicious spices. It is one of the most popular dishes among Bihar is during winter. It is made in varieties of ways all over india. The aloo gobi sabji pairs very well with rotis, naan or steamed or jeera rice. This dish is very appealing with its nice yellowish color. The yellow color of dish is comes from the use of turmeric powder.
