Methi ke Parathe
Methi ke parathe is very popular form of Paratha enjoyed with people of all age groups in Bihar. It is made by stuffing dough with finely chopped methi or fenugreek leaves and spices. Fenugreek leaves are known for their flavor and aroma and is put in various Biharis dishes for the same reason. Fenugreek leaves are used in both fresh and dry form. Methi ke parathe is a popular breakfast option in northern Bihar.
